As a leadership coach and nonprofit executive with over 20 years of experience empowering leaders to achieve success through collaboration and personal growth, I’m passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential by focusing on people.
I’m the author of Lead Together, where I share my approach to leadership grounded in collaboration and shared success. I’ve had the privilege of conducting coaching sessions and leading workshops that help teams strengthen their communication, leadership, and overall effectiveness. I also host the annual Live2Lead West KY event, bringing together fellow coaches and community leaders to inspire growth and build a stronger, more connected community. As an Executive Program Leader with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, I’ve had the unique opportunity to be trained and mentored by John C. Maxwell, one of the world’s foremost leadership experts. This role has allowed me to deepen my knowledge of leadership principles, while also equipping me to help others lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I’m also a Certified Professional Life and Leadership Coach with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and a Certified Behavioral Consultant in the Maxwell Method of DISC, helping me bring practical, insightful strategies to my coaching. Additionally, I’m a proud graduate of the Harvard Business School Online CORe Program, where I sharpened my skills in business fundamentals.
